Whaaaat? No comments so far?

The only thing missing was an indicator which score I have atm. For a highscore game I personally need to know how long I have to survive until I broke a certain score.

Besides that, it's just polish:

  • Soundeffects
  • Screenshake
  • A more "rewarding" endscreen with animations and stuff

By score indicator do you mean time you have lasted? I would like more elaboration on your suggestion. (New Line at the bottom, I think I figured out what you meant.)

Other than that, polish is to be worked on soon enough! Thank you for the suggestions on a screenshake and a more "rewarding" endscreen. I did not even think of those two!

Seriously though, thank you for the feedback, we love the suggestions and will look into implementing them!

--The new line; I believe you're suggesting an indicator of how far your score is from the next score. As an example, your score being 100 whilst the score to beat is 250. Are you suggesting adding text which states (as an example) "150 points behind Player" ?

Your idea is good too, but simply showing your own score would be a great start for improvement.

If you consider leveling this up you could try something like multiple values in the top center. Maybe your score your current rank and the highest score overall or your personal Highscore.

I'm no expert in that field but maybe look up the style of oldschool arcade games. Back than you had to pay for every round you play to beat the Highscore. When there are GameDevs which had to figure out how to do it, than those from the arcade era.

There currently is such a system that states your score. (As shown below is the online leaderboard)

Though it does not display in online, when you are to set a local highscore it displays your rank, name, and score within the device. (As shown below when playing offline)

I am sorry if I'm just not understanding but the display of a player's current rank as they play through the game is already implemented except when online, as I am learning how to work with APIs.

Ahhh ok, I tested again and now I found the online mode.

Than you are right you have the system I meant implemented. Maybe just try to make online the default and make it with names instead of numbers.

Yes, that is something being worked on, nametags that is. API is new to me so it will take time but thank you for your feedback and it will be worked on!

We as a team appreciate the feedback and ideas and will do our best to make it better as we continue to work on this game.
